Interview:

Iman calls her a “power house”, new co-host Jeremy calls her “incredible”, you’ll call her your inspiration; Tiffany Pham is this week’s Entrepreneurs En Vogue guest. With accomplishments such as being named in Forbes 30 under 30 in Media, Tiffany Pham is connecting women to trending content including stories, products, and jobs that are personalized to their interests on her website MOGUL (www.onmogul.com). Winner of the 2014 Cadillac Innovator Award and also named in 2014 Business Insider’s Most Important Women Under 30 in technology, Tiffany is also a graduate of Yale and Harvard Business school. She has co-authored the book, From Business Strategy to Information Technology Roadmap: A Practical Guide for Executives and Board Members and produced documentaries such as Gotham Award-winning feature film GIRLFRIEND. Today, she sits down with Iman and Jeremy to discuss how she went from 16 year with a vision for a women’s centered website to a MOGUL. In this interview, Tiffany talks to us about:

 -Her personal story as well as reveals her main driving force behind all her hard work and her successes

-How her previous jobs with CBS, Beijing government, and corporate world have shaped her business and made her the leader she is today

 -How she achieved rapid growth in her business and her MOGUL team within just one year

 -How making the Forbes list gave her the opportunity to speak to women who were interested in her guidance

 -Her book that she co-wrote with her brother, who also happens to be the CTO of MOGUL

 -What’s next? Scaling MOGUL and leading the team into the direction of launching a mobile app, MOGUL Awards and more!

Her Top 3 advice:

1. Give, Give and give: build relationships with key people you need resources from

2. Be authentic: be transparent, communicative, about what you would like to do, what they would like to do, always get feedback from users

3. Being kind:  will serve you well because it makes you all the more well liked and give you momentum as you grow.
